This initiative transitioned through two forms of mentoring: reverse mentoring and reciprocal mentoring, both between Black PGRs and senior institutional leaders. Delivery was supported by external specialist training and expertise. The primary target group was Black postgraduate researchers (PGRs), with secondary impacts on senior leadership and institutional practice.
